The Christmas pamphlet inside the bulletin is for you to give to someone. It contains the Christmas message as an invitation to join us for our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 7pm. Let’s believe that lives will be changed this year. Additional pamphlets are available on the back table.

Servant’s Council Meeting

Married Couples Study

Turkeys for Faith w/Action
Last year we gave out about 180 Turkeys to families in need on the mountain. We would love to be able to share with families in that way again. Work Day Party
Grace will be having a work day party to help fix up and clean up some things around the church property on Saturday, November 20th from 8am - noon. Continental breakfast will be provided.

Worship team members Needed
Grace Church is looking for volunteers to serve on the Worship Teams. We have a need for 3 Songbase technicians, 2 soundboard engineers, vocalists and musicians. Please join us as we seek to grow closer to God and each other through the study of His Word and living it out in our life together in the Body.

Sunsplash - June 26th!

Attention all Confirmation Kids (4th - 6th Grade) and Grace Youth! (And Parents): You're invited to our first annual trip to Sunsplash Waterpark in Mesa, AZ! We'll be meeting at the Church Sat, June 26th at 6am and driving down to the valley for a day of some SERIOUS water-related awesomeness. Admission to the park is $26. Bring $ for food and games also. We're recommending $50 per kid/youth. That may seem like a lot, but remember, this is THE big trip of the summer. Parents are welcome! We have a few available slots for chaperones...inquire if interested. We've got male chaperones, but right now Amanda is the only female chaperone. Dance Team Update
The dance team will resume meeting June 2nd 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at Grace sanctuary for devoting our lives to God, sharing, caring, and choreographing a new dance. We welcome all ages but primarily putting an invite too the young to join us and do a new thing with the dance team for the glory of the Lord. May Christ be evident in us. - Rachel Miller

Global Day of Prayer
The Global Day of Prayer will be held on Sunday, May 23rd at the Show Low Rodeo Grounds.

William Elvis Price of Show Low passed away Friday, March 19, 2010 in Mesa, surrounded by his loving family. He was 84 years old. Bill was born October 10, 1925, in Wichita, Kan. He was employed for 28 years by the Department of Water and Power for the City of Los Angeles, where he was respected and loved by all. He retired as an electrical engineer in 1980 and moved to Show Low, where he has since resided enjoying the beauty of the White Mountains. Bill was a veteran of the United States Marines and served honorably during World War II. He also belonged to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. A Mass of Christian burial was held Thursday, March 25, at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 1400 E. Owens in Show Low, with the recitation of the Holy Rosary one-hour prior to services. The concluding service and graveside blessing followed at the Show Low Cemetery.

Diamondbacks Faith and Family Night
On Friday, May 7th, we will be organizing a caravan down to PHX for the Arizona Diamondbacks Faith and Family Night. The Diamondbacks will take on the Milwaukee Brewers and the game will be followed by a Jars of Clay concert! We'll be meeting at 2 pm to drive down together. Spring Raffle for FWA
To get ready for spring, Jessie is organizing a raffle of several baskets as well as a food drive. The proceeds from the raffle will be used for purchasing food for the food bank. Any donated food or clothing items will be taken to Faith with Action for distribution. She will take care of everything else. There will be Spring Baskets in the back of the church this week and next week. Also Jessie will be collecting food. The raffle drawing will be this Sunday or Easter Sunday.

Soles for Souls
A great big thank you to all who donated shoes to Soles for Souls for Haiti. The mission was delighted at the response.

Designated Checks
If you are designating funds toward something specific, instead of including it as a memo amount in your check, we ask that you would please write a separate check from your general tithe. The designated and general go into separate bank accounts and it is much easier to process this way. Thank you!

During the Easter season we will be having a “Lenten” Service. Each Wednesday night from 7-8 we will join together through Easter week. Mark your calendars and we can all benefit as we consider everything Jesus has done for us and our lost and dying world. Easter is Sunday, 4/4.

We set our dates for our 2010 VBS! July 12 – 16th from 9am-12pm with a closing party on July 17th. Make sure to plan your vacations so that your children can attend.
