A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT AS WE PREPARE FOR CHRISTMAS:
This time of year, it's so easy to get caught up in the frantic pace of events and financial anxieties. But let's remember that the CHILD who we are celebrating grew up and said, "Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened and I will give you REST." (Mt. 11:28) He is the ONE this season is all about and He does not want us anxious and stressed out. Let's all go into this season together with our eyes on Him, remembering to take time to focus on the ultimate gift God gave us - Himself, in human flesh. If that means turning down obligations to make more white space on the calendar, so be it. As His people, we are to reflect the joy of knowing HIM and this is a great season to do so, IF we keep it about HIM! ~ Derek Luptak

Please sign up for Nov. & Dec. opportunities to teach our children! Our Christmas Children’s Pageant will be on Sunday, Dec. 18th and practice is already taking place. Thank you for your help!
FAITH With Action
PLEASE consider making a financial contribution to help purchase TURKEYS for needy families! Last year F.W.A. gave away 170 turkeys. You can make your checks payable to Grace Church and earmark them “F.W.A.” Thank you and God Bless you!
INTERNATIONAL CHRISTMAS DINNER

MID-WEEK STUDY
Join us! Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. – We are studying the book VICTORY OVER THE DARKNESS by Neil Anderson. We have ordered more books. The SUGGESTED DONATION for a book is $10. Childcare is provided.
The J.O.Y Group will not be meeting in November due to the over abundance of ‘JOYFUL TRAVELERS’ in our congregation!
